WELCOME. My name is Jeanelle, and I'm here to share with you delicious foods from around the world. My foundation is in Filipino food, and my favorite thing to do is to introduce someone to their NEW favorite dish!
There's no hard line between dishes from different cultures; there's a common thread between foods from all areas of the world. No such thing as “authentic” food either. If it's made with good intentions and tastes AMAZING, I'm all for it!!
I also love to travel to explore food from other cultures to learn about food history and how it show up in our world today. Thanks for watching!

I don't know his name but I know what it's used for it's used for scraping coconut meat out of them. I know cause i want one!
Am i the only one who have never heard of “Ube” before this video????
I'd use it in salads, it'd be good marinated in a dressing.
You could buy it in some shops on the East coast or online
Nice 😊
That stuff is heavenly, my old roommate was Filipino. I tried a lot of new food while he lived there, Ube was the best hands down. Balut being the strangest by far

You use apple cider vinegar? Why? I use the white vinegar with the old man on it.
So Just melon
The way you punched the dough and how it goes down
My dad would make Fried bologna and cheese sandwiches for me and my brother. So yummy 😋
My stepdad grew up in the mountains in VERY northern Pa and he always ate the hot chocolate and toast for breakfast too. I didn't realize how worldwide this was. We're not that different once you start talking about things we grew up with. ❤❤
Noooooooo why did you cut it up?
I grew up eating these! My mom would always buy them.
Do people sell devil fruits easy like that?
Short Ribs any day of the week. And it's interesting that they're served with grits. Cowboy Ciao, a now defunct restaurant in Scottsdale, AZ used to have a Korean Short Rib dish served on pecan grits.
we thought it was so interesting too! Chef Tee is mixed Filipino and Southern so every dish she made had a bit of both influences.
Why would it being Black be an issue
Purple yam
Gross

Croissants are the BEST for dipping in hot chocolate!
I tried ube ice cream for the first time yesterday and oh my lord I am a changed woman, that instantly became one of my new favorite flavors, literally went to the store today to get more ube ice cream, so good!
